R K Quality Services is just what their name implies- QUALITY!!! It's not just their services, either. These folks are kind, cheerful, and professional. Attributes like this are a rare find. They know what they are talking about and they walk that talk. I highly recommend this repair shop. They have gone above and beyond for me, more than once.

They have always been honest with us and if they feel like it's something they shouldn't fix, they will tell us so. Have kept our two 10+ year old cars going. Like in I said in my prior review: Good people.

If you have a problem with your car or that pesky engine light comes on I highly recommend RK QUALITY SERVICES in Hampshire. Rob, the owner, is a great guy, he will always try to solve your problem quickly and at a good price. They have one of the best Service Techs, Cole Emrich. He explains everything in detail in a way anyone can understand. It’s hard to trust a new shop but I promise once you go there you’ll finally have a shop you can trust.

I experienced genuine "old school" professional customer Service at RK services today. Even though there were super busy, Rob was able to squeeze my daughter's 2006 Honda Civic in to quickly diagnose and repair her broken AC. As we all know, AC repair repairs can be incredibly expensive. But their technician found that it was a simple electrical relay that was faulty. After evacuating and recharging the system, the AC is as cold as ice!
I typically work on all my own cars but Scally diagnosing and repairing air-conditioning systems are beyond my skill set. I would trust this shop with any of my cars, whether they'd be domestic or Imported.
